You see, i don’t believe that you have failed to stop smoking vapes or cigarettes, what you’ve actually done is got FEEDBACK on what needs to change next time, so the next time you quit, you’ll know its for good!
When you think about it, there are only two ways to deal with the ‘fear of failure’, never try quitting again, or feel the fear and move forward anyway. Obviously not trying to quit ever again isn’t really an option because you know the future ahead of you if you choose that, but at least if you move forward anyway, there’s actually a chance that you’ll quit – and it’s that worth the ‘fear of failure’?
