ABOUT NICK

Nick began his personal development journey as a teenager when he met his mentor and friend who had created a successful business in the self-help and corporate training industry. From this moment, Nick become obsessed with all things relating to human potential and behaviour. This inspired Nick to complete his Undergraduate and Post Graduate degree in Applied Psychology at Wollongong University (his hometown), while at the same time working as a volunteer counsellor and group facilitator with severely limited teenagers and adults at an inpatient residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic in Wollongong, Kedesh House.

After university, he did what a lot of graduates do; he travelled the world on a working holiday for 3 years in Canada and the United Kingdom. During this time he also did sporadic work as a volunteer working with all kinds of individuals facing all kinds of mental health issues, homelessness, suicidality, abuse, and criminal histories. During this time Nick travelled to over 30 countries across 6 continents which helped him appreciate deeper aspects of himself and other people living in extremely diverse cultures.

On his return, Nick began a career in sales until he reached a point of unfulfilment. He then left his lucrative corporate sales career and returned to his original passion of working with disadvantaged people with all kinds of severe physical and mental barriers. Nick began working as an employment consultant with an Australian Federal Government provider of employment services to assist job seekers with severe mental health issues.

At this time he had also started volunteering with a Sydney based charitable organisation called Cana Communities, He soon became the House Manager at one of Cana’s Inner City crisis accommodation refuges and volunteered his time in this role for over 4 years. Nick is still very passionate about supporting projects, initiatives and foundations that are close to his heart. Two projects that Nick supports on a monthly basis include The Human and Hope Association, a locally run registered NGO committed to empowering Cambodians to create a sustainable future for themselves by providing education, vocational training and community support for more than 300 people in their community. He is also a contributing member of The Resonance Science Foundation, a non-profit organisation chartered to conduct research and education in the field of unified physics. The team, led by Director of Research Nassim Haramein, is dedicated to exploring the fundamental wheelworks of nature to gain a greater understanding of universal dynamics for the betterment of all life and mankind.

It was during his time at Cana that Nick decided to commence his two-year internship to become a registered Clinical Psychologist. However only 6 months from completing his internship, he came across the power of Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.L.P) and found it to be so effective for creating instant behavioural changes, that he left his internship to pursue a full-time career working with the unconscious mind through Hypnosis and NLP.

Nick left the traditional model of psychological therapy because he found that often this type of treatment at best, only allowed the client to consciously manage their issues rather than transcend or eradicate them all together at the level of their root cause, at the level of the unconscious. Addressing issues at their cause rather than eliminating the symptoms is what Nick has always been inspired to do with his clients.

Nick, the owner of ‘QuitWithNick, now calls himself a ‘Perceptual Architect’ as it is your perceptions that determine your experience of any issue whatsoever. Whether you’re experiencing a craving for a cigarette, a vape, food or anxiousness, the perception of this experience is simply the result of a psychological architecture that if only subtly shifted can result in HUGE shifts leaving you feeling calm, confident and in control around your old triggers.

Nick is also an internationally published author, speaker, and Fulfilment Coach. He has personally worked with thousands of clients across a broad spectrum of personal challenges. He has met and received intensive training from some of the world’s most influential thought leaders in the science of human potential, behaviour modification, unified field physics, energy healing, metaphysics and entrepreneurship. As an inspired speaker he teaches the transformative power of shifting your perceptions through a combination of mystical science, meditation, self-hypnosis and the subconscious mind which ultimately leads to confident self-empowerment.
