The below program has a very high success rate because I've discovered that quitting cigarettes FOR GOOD as opposed to quitting for just a few months or years is about the right mental preparation and a continued commitment to remain a non-smoker by creating an entirely new LIFE STYLE.
The QuitWithNick Program has been designed to prepare you well, help you quit and support you in creating and maintaining the lifestyle of a nonsmoker. To show you how thorough and committed I am to your success, this is a breakdown of my program and process.
Phone Assessment: (Approximately 15mins) This is an opportinuty for me to ask you some questions about you and your smoking habit, what you've tried in the past to quit, whats worked, what hasn't, why it didn't, what's making hard to quit and what could get you unstuck in the future - just to name a few of the things we cover. It's a chance for us to get a feel for one another, but most importantly its where I can determine if you are going to be my next stop smoking success story.
If we chose to work together, we will then proceed to make a booking.
Preparation Tools: Once a booking is made (and a small deposit paid) I will email you preparation material which you can either read or listen to via an MP3 Audio Program (not necessary to complete both). This material is important not only to prepare the mindset for sucess but to also tell you everything you need to know about Hypnosis, how it works, why it works and what to expect in your session. This preparation is to be complete before your session.
Intake Forms: In the same email you will receive 3 forms to be completed and brought with you to your session. One form is entitled ‘My Quitting Reasons’ which requires you to thoughtfully list each and every reason you have for quitting in specific details. This is an important form that I will use in your session and one you will keep with you long after your session as a support tool. (i recommend taking a picture of it so it's always in your phone).
Support Apps: In the same email you will receive 3 separate links to 3 FREE Quit Smoking Apps which i have personally reviewed for you to download onto your IPhone, IPad, Android or Blackberry phone. Pick the one you resonate with and begin to use it from the day you quit.
Your Session: Your session will include a combination of advanced Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) techniques to not only dissolve and disconnect the smoking habit and cravings, but to create new supportive associations to help you feel confident and in control during your specific trigger moments. (Duration: approximately 90 minutes).
Personal Ups: I will be in contact with you approximateky once a week for many weeks after your session to offer support, encouragement and to makre sure you're a happy healthy nonsmoker. For long term support, you will also receive the occasional email or text message from me in the future so you know I’m always here for further support if you ever need it.
Hypnotic Reinforcement MP3's: You will receive guided hypnotic MP3 downloads for you to use any time (except while driving) to reinforce our face-to-face session. This includes guided relaxation, and heart-focussed breathing techniques to help you build your emotional resilience to eliminate the likelyhood for relapse because of stress or any other negative emotions.
Detox Tips: This includes quick and easy tips, advice and even simple foods and beverages that will help your body eliminate the 4,000 poisons from your body FASTER!
