The DEEPER Side Of Hypnosis
I just thought I would share with you what the deeper power of Hypnosis is and what it actually does. This is essentially why I love helping people with Hypnosis.
Now this might get a little deep, but stay with me, I think you'll find this pretty interesting, or at the very least some food for thought :)
I have a fundamental belief that we are all born with an inherent (and often dormant) creative genius within us just waiting to express itself to the world.
But as we go through the early stages of our lives we all experience certain situations that leave us somewhat wounded and bruised. I'm sure you can remember such moments in your life.
We've all experienced situations in our past where either a conscious or unconscious judgement was made, 'This thing that is happening is bad", and then clicked into a way of being, a type of behaviour, which acted as a coping mechanism which may have served us back then, but no longer serves us now
At that moment, we acquired a small piece of emotional baggage which will manifest itself time and time again, often in ways we are not aware of, any time a similar situation is experienced.
As a result, we slowly become more and more disconnected from that creative, powerful, joyous, fully self expressed being I believe we were all born to be.
Did you know that our conscious mind governs only 2-4% of our automatic behaviours, who we are and what we do?!
That leaves the rest to our unconscious mind.
What I love about Hypnosis is that it acts as a gateway, a bridge between the struggles of your day to day life (the conscious mind) and the resources you have within yourself to confidently and easily overcome them (the unconscious mind).
I think that's an amazing thing to experience, and it can be experienced in such a short amount of time with Hypnosis.
