It's important to always remember that what you mentally focus on grows, HENCE when it comes time to quitting always stay focussed on what you're future is going to be like as a nonsmoker.

Obviously if you focus on what you think you might be 'missing' from smoking, you're going to experience quitting as more of a struggle than it could be. What is going to keep you on the path of a nonsmoker is continuing to focuss on ALL the massive benefits you're going to get by breathing fresh air.

For you this might mean staying focuss on the better breathing, endurance, stamina, fittness, smell, taste, savings etc etc.

It really is worth it, so stay focussed.
